LPM Systems — Consent & Agreements

Before You Begin

These agreements govern your access to the Cerebral Command Network (CCN) and Life Preservation Model (LPM) Systems, provided by The Moore Resource & Strategy Group (MRSG). By signing, you acknowledge and consent to all terms outlined below. This consent is captured digitally with timestamp for legal compliance in accordance with federal electronic signature law (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001) and applicable federal privacy guidance (CFAA, CCPA, HIPAA-aligned data handling).

1. Not an Emergency Service

LPM Systems is NOT 911. Do not use for immediate threats to life. Call 911 first.

2. Service Scope

CCN provides prevention education, de-escalation support, reporting tools, and life preservation coordination. It does not replace emergency services, medical care, or legal advice.

3. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information. Use the service lawfully. Do not submit false reports or attempt to access unauthorized data.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use CCN to threaten, incite, or coordinate violence; submit false reports; reverse-engineer the system; or misuse data in ways that compromise safety.

5. Intellectual Property

All CCN content, trademarks, and materials including "Life Preservation Model," related frameworks, and brand assets are owned by MRSG and protected by applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Federal privacy guidance (CFAA, CCPA, HIPAA) applies to data handling nationwide.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

By using CCN, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary methods, processes, systems, and technology operated by MRSG, including but not limited to: the Life Preservation Model, Cerebral AI systems, Sentinel-Earring hardware specifications, operational protocols, network architecture, and all associated intellectual property. This obligation survives termination of your license.

NON-CIRCUMVENTION CLAUSE

You agree not to circumvent, avoid, bypass, or obviate MRSG's participation in any transaction, business relationship, or operational context introduced by CCN. You will not replicate, reverse-engineer, white-label, or share the operational methodology of this system with any third party without express written consent from MRSG.

NON-COMPETE CLAUSE

During your access to LPM Systems and for ten (10) years after termination of that access, you agree not to develop, co-develop, fund, advise, or participate — directly or indirectly — in any business, platform, product, or service that competes with MRSG's Life Preservation Model, Cerebral AI, CCN infrastructure, or related community intervention technologies. This restriction applies in any market, jurisdiction, or geographic area where MRSG currently operates or has documented plans to operate. Breach of this clause constitutes grounds for injunctive relief, damages, and legal action under the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable federal law.

VIOLATIONS

Violations of the NDA, Non-Circumvention, or Non-Compete clauses will result in immediate license termination, potential civil liability for damages, and referral for legal action. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable federal law.

Location Tracking: Activates only when you trigger an active alert. Shared exclusively with designated trusted preservationists and MRSG oversight. Deactivates automatically when alert ends. Never sold or used commercially.

Audio Broadcast: Begins immediately upon alert activation. Time-limited and role-bound to active alert window. May be preserved as legal evidence with your prior consent captured here. Stops when alert ends.

Screen Blackout: Activated automatically during alerts for your protection. Cannot be bypassed during an active alert. Reveal by holding screen center for 3 seconds.

Data Retention: Alerts, audio, and location logs are retained per MRSG data retention policy and may be provided to law enforcement upon lawful request. You retain the right to request your data at any time.

Security: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Data access is strictly role-gated.

Required Consents — All 8 Must Be Accepted

1. I have read and agree to the Terms of Service. I understand LPM Systems is provided by The Moore Resource & Strategy Group (MRSG) under applicable federal guidelines.

2. I accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). I agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary methods, systems, and technology operated by MRSG including the Life Preservation Model and Cerebral AI systems.

3. I accept the Non-Circumvention Clause. I agree not to circumvent, bypass, or replicate MRSG's participation, systems, or methodology without express written consent. Violations may result in license termination and legal action.

4. I accept the Non-Compete Clause. I agree that during my use of LPM Systems and for a period of ten (10) years following termination of access, I will not develop, assist, fund, or participate in any competing life preservation, community intervention, or AI-driven public safety platform that replicates or derives from the methodologies, frameworks, or technologies of The Moore Resource & Strategy Group (MRSG). This applies within any jurisdiction where MRSG operates or has expressed intent to operate.

5. I confirm I understand CCN is NOT an emergency service. I will call 911 (or my local emergency number) for any immediate threat to life. CCN supplements — it does not replace — emergency services.

6. I consent to real-time location tracking during active alerts only. Location sharing activates when I trigger an alert and deactivates automatically when the alert ends. Location data is shared only with my designated trusted preservationists and MRSG oversight.

7. I consent to automatic audio broadcast during active alerts. Audio recording begins immediately upon alert activation for my safety and may be used as legal or prosecutorial evidence. Audio is accessible only to trusted preservationists and MRSG during active alerts and automatically stops when the alert ends.

8. I acknowledge screen blackout mode. My screen will go black during an active alert to protect my privacy in public. I understand I can reveal the screen by holding the center for 3 seconds. Screen blackout cannot be bypassed during active alerts.
