How to sign up
- Open the invitation link.
- Create your account and verify your mobile number.
- Enter 1st District if it is not already filled in.
- Read and accept the Terms of Use, privacy policy, and NDA/NCC.
- Complete your profile and review the location, notification, and optional microphone permissions.
- Select Add Safety Button to My Home Screen and follow the instructions for your phone.
- Complete a clearly labeled practice test that does not dispatch a live incident or use your monthly allowance.
- Confirm that your account displays the correct monthly allowance.
You receive 20 free safety alerts per month. You may share your 1st District code with up to 10 additional people. Each receives 5 free alerts per month.

Capitalization and extra spaces are accepted.
Verify your mobile number
We send a 6-digit code by text to your mobile number. Enter it to confirm you own this phone before your account is activated.
Required agreements
Review each document, then check the box to accept. All three are required to activate your account.
